Admission to the Assessment Test is open to those who:

1. are in possession of a computer terminal (personal computer), equipped with audio (microphone) and video (webcam) detection device, having the technical requirements specified in the notice;
2. are in possession of a certified electronic mail (PEC);
3. have registered on the portal www.organismo-am.it, accessing the "Registration" service, and have booked the Assessment Test in the manner and within the time specified in the Notice;
4. have attended the professional training course referred to in art. 14, paragraph 1, letter b), of Legislative Decree 141/2010, as governed by art. 3 of Circular no. 19/14;
5. they are in possession of the requirements of honorability and professionalism required, established by the combined provisions of Articles 128-novies, paragraph 1 of the TUB, 14 and 15 of Legislative Decree 141/2010, excluding the passing of the OAM Examination Test;
6. have paid the contribution required for the reservation in the manner and within the time specified in the Notice;
7. have expressly given their consent to the processing of their personal data, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, including the data acquired during the performance of the Assessment Test by means of audio/video recording, according to the methods indicated for the booking of the Test.
